Purpose of processing: Recruitment

What data is collected and for what purpose:

• It is your responsibility to provide only valid and true personal data and only such data as is appropriate and necessary for the purposes of this informational text. In some cases, depending on the type of job or internship we may ask you for additional information, such as your driver's license. If you submit information that is not needed for the recruitment or trainee selection process, it will be disregarded.
• If you do not consent to the processing of personal data contained in this informative text, your or your legally dependent application will not be considered during the selection process for personnel or trainees.
• You can apply if you are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are represented by legal representatives.

Evaluation of applications during the recruitment process

• We process your and / or your legally dependent personal data to evaluate your or your legally dependent application during the recruitment process:

• if you have applied for a specific vacancy;
• if you have applied and wish to be contacted regarding our other vacancies;
• if we have contacted you through a recruitment company or based on the professional information available in your profile on widely used and / or public job and career portals or databases such as LinkedIn, CV Online, or based on a recommendation from a friend or acquaintance ;
• if we have received an application from an employment promotion organization as part of our cooperation, such as an EU-funded project by the National Agency for Employment.

Evaluation of applications during the trainee selection process

We process your and / or your legally dependent personal data to evaluate your or your legally dependent application during the trainee selection process:

• if you have applied for a specific job vacancy;
• if you have submitted an application stating that you would like to be contacted about another vacancy in our practice;
• if we have received an application from an educational institution or educational organization within the framework of a cooperation, such as an EU-funded project of the Employers' Confederation of Latvia
• if we have reached out to you or your legal representative based on the educational information available in your profile on widely used and / or public practice portals or databases such as Prakse.lv.

Collecting and evaluating candidate references

We process your personal data to collect and evaluate feedback on a candidate as part of the selection process for staff or trainees, if the candidate has indicated you as their feedback provider. If a candidate has previously worked or had practice in our company, we also collect and evaluate feedback from our past staff and / or collaborator with the candidate, provided that you or your legal representative have agreed to collect feedback about you.

Management of legal claims

We may process personal data of you and / or your legally dependent person, which has been considered in the process of recruiting personnel or trainees to raise, enforce and defend our legitimate claims.

From what sources do we obtain personal data:

  • We collect personal information that you provide about yourself and / or your legal dependents when you submit your application and / or when you contact us, etc.
• Other sources:
  
  • We may collect personal data from recruitment companies, career portals or databases such as LinkedIn, CV Online, or from an application from your friend or acquaintance who has recommended you as a candidate, or employment agencies, or educational institutions or organizations.
  • We may collect personal data from the referrals you specify as part of the selection process.

Disclosure of personal data

  • In order to comply with our obligations to you, we disclose your personal information to companies that provide services to us, such as recruitment companies. These companies may only process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and may not use it for any other purpose. These companies have a legal obligation to protect your personal data in accordance with the law and our cooperation agreement.
• Group companies
  
  • We may disclose your personal information to relevant Corporate Solutions group companies if your candidacy or practice is related to other Corporate Solutions group companies
• Law enforcement agencies, state and municipal institutions
  
  • In order to comply with our legal obligation, we may disclose your personal data to law enforcement, state and municipal authorities upon request. We may also transfer your personal data to law enforcement agencies, state and municipal authorities in order to defend our legal interests - to raise, enforce or defend legal claims.

Where do we process your personal data?

We always try to process your personal data in the EU / EEA. Your personal data is not transmitted or processed in a country outside the EU / EEA. We will use your personal data to send in a selection process evaluation form. Candidate information is anonymous and will only be used internally to improve the selection process within the company.

How long is your data stored?

• Personnel selection:
  
  • 8 (eight) months from the date of submission or receipt of the candidate's personal data.
• Practice:
  
  • 1 (one) month after the conclusion of the trainee selection process - the conclusion of the traineeship agreement or our refusal decision.
  • In the event of a lawful claim, we will retain the personal data of you and / or your legal representative until the investigation is completed and the legal claim is resolved.

Your rights:

  • You have the right to request confirmation from us whether we process personal data relating to you and / or your legal representative and in such cases to request access to the personal data we process for you and / or your legal representative. To exercise the above rights, please submit a written application to us
• Edit your data:
  
  • If you believe the information about you and / or your legal dependents is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to correct it yourself or to have it done by us. To exercise the above rights, please submit a written application to us
• Withdraw consent:
  
  • To the extent that we process personal data of you and / or your legal representative based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. To exercise the above rights, please submit a written application to us
